Logins are case sensitive. Make sure your “CAPS LOCK” is not on.
Logins contain special characters such as “-”, make sure you enter these.
COMMON! - If you just signed up and have the PayPal screen with the login information open and are trying to access the website from another browser window, it will not work. You must click the “Access My Subscription” button at the bottom of the PayPal screen. Write down the login information and then click the button.
If you have confirmed you have done the above and are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to:

Select "Delete Files" from the Temporary Internet files area
(this may take a couple of minutes to complete)
Close all internet browser windows
Reboot your computer if possible
Try again.
Check your system for Spyware/Adware. These "programs" are prone to cause unusual issues, especially network/internet related. We recommend Spyware Doctor and CounterSpy. Both have free demonstration downloads.

Can not log into the website, have logged in before.
If it has been over 30 days, your login has been disabled for security reasons.

Can not open the files from the website or locally.
If you are asked for a Username and Password, use your PayPal password. (Screen will look like the one to the right.) If it is only asking a password, no user name, go to Step 2.
When the file prompts for a login, use the one provided in the members area.
(Not your PayPal password. Password is located below the link and is all uppercase)
The login screen will like the one to the right.
Write down this password, you will need it every time you want to open the file. (or use our helpful utility in the Member’s area)
If the login screen looks different than the one above, such as you are being asked for a username and password, see Step 1 in this section.
If you are not receiving the password prompt or some other error, you may be missing Adobe Acrobat Reader or your current version is out of date. Click here to download it from Adobe’s website.
